Chicken and quinoa salad


Tausha's sugar cookies

1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine or shortening or butter softened
Two eggs
3 T sweet or sour cream or milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon flavoring

3 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt


Gradually add sugar to shortening and beat till fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add cream and flavorings. Stir in flour and soda and salt and mix well. Chill.

 Roll to a 1/2-1/4 inch thick and cut out using cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for for 69 minutes at 400°

Beef broth fondue.


Moms cheese filled Roma meatloaf

1 pound hamburger
One egg beaten
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 c Chopped onions
Half a teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces of tomato sauce
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese

Combined all ingredients except tomato sauce and cheese. Roll flat. Put cheese in the middle and roll to form log, sealing ends. Cover and Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Uncover, Top with tomato sauce. Bake 15 minutes more.
